GENERAL RULES

1.	All equipment must be in operating condition and should indicate what year it was manufactured.
2.	Entries can only be operated at the discretion of the management. Limited exhibit space has been provided. Space will be given on a first come-first serve basis. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
3.	Entries receiving prize money the previous year will only be eligible to win a ribbon the next year.
